A Housing for a phase of township on outsikirts of city was designed for followers of a sect. The theme for the township was to move away from the claustrophobic city living and give the community a much closer experience of nature. This was achieved by planing individual green space for all housing types. The smallest of the unit whose carpet was around 300 square feet too had their own courtyard garden. A home for elderly was also designed along with various unit types.
